1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Any use of the services indicates full acceptance of all policies stated herein.

The platform provides online educational courses and training programs. Access may be subscription-based (monthly / yearly) or individual course purchase. Content includes videos, materials, assignments, and certifications.

3. Subscription & Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically unless canceled. All payments must be made in advance. Prices may change without notice.

4. Access to Content

Users can access content only during an active subscription. Upon cancellation or expiry, access is revoked. Purchased courses may have lifetime access.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Users may cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing only. No refunds for partially used periods unless stated in promotional offers.

6. User Responsibilities

Users must not share accounts, resell content, copy materials, or use the platform illegally.

7. Intellectual Property

All content is protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Certificates

Certificates are issued upon completion but do not guarantee licensing or recognition.

9. Content Availability

Courses may be updated, removed, or replaced without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided ‘as is’. The platform is not liable for outcomes or damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid.

11. User Content

Submitted materials may be used to improve services. Users grant rights to the platform.

Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use means acceptance.

13. Termination

14. Governing Law

(Refund & Cancellation Policy)

(Individual Course Purchases)

• Users are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that no more than 15% of the content has been viewed and no downloadable materials (PDFs) have been accessed.

(Annual Subscription)

• Refund requests for annual subscriptions are accepted within the first 14 days of activation. The refund amount will be pro-rated by deducting the full “standalone” price of any accessed courses, plus a 10% administrative fee.

(General Conditions)

•   Certification: No refunds shall be granted once a certificate of completion has been issued.
• Policy Violations: Refund eligibility is voided if the user violates terms, such as account sharing or unauthorized content reproduction.

(Cancellation)

• Users may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future billing. No refunds are provided for partially used billing periods unless otherwise stated in specific promotional offers.
